I have always been passionate about helping people connect with their inner light. My path to social work began with a program description that emphasized challenging injustice and advocating for the underdog—values that deeply resonated with me. That calling led me to earn my Master of Social Work degree in 2009.

Over more than 15 years in behavioral health executive leadership, I have focused on supporting clinicians, developing leaders, and strengthening the organizations that serve our communities. This work is among my proudest accomplishments and remains central to my practice. Through clinical consultation, licensure supervision, and leadership development, I help professionals navigate complex challenges, strengthen ethical practice, and build workplaces where accountability and compassion work together. I also offer counseling to support individual well-being and personal growth.

In 2020, I began studying Reiki and discovered a practice that felt both natural and familiar, giving structure to an intuitive awareness I had carried throughout my life.

Today, as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified Usui Reiki Master, I bring clinical knowledge, leadership experience, and intuitive awareness to my work. I believe in a holistic practice that offers a safe space for energetic balance and deeper connection to self and with others.

Whether supporting an individual, a clinician, or an organizational leader, my purpose is to help people move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
